PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminar cleaning blade capable optimizing a cleaning step of a liquid discharging head. SOLUTION: This laminar cleaning blade includes a first surface comprising a wiper surface made of a relatively low hardness material for wiping a liquid nozzle opening a the time of moving a head in the direction toward the wiper surface, and a second surface comprising a scraper edge made of a relatively high hardness material for scraping the liquid nozzle opening at the time of moving the head in the opposite direction. Since the wiping function and the scraping function are coupled in the single cleaning blade with respect to the liquid nozzle opening, the targeted purpose can be achieved.
