PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an applicable use rate by acquiring a sufficient heat radiation and a cooling effect of electrode tips. SOLUTION: The welding gun is provided with a pair of electrode tips 11a and 11b which are opposite to each other, supporting members 12a and 12b which support the electrode tips 11a and 11b and an air supplying means which supplies cooling air. The cooling air supplied from the air supplying means flows through a pipe 23c, a distributing device 24, pipes 23a and 23b, air passages 22b and 22d and air passages 22c and 22e which are formed in the electrode tips 11a and 11b, and is vertically discharged from a vertical air exhaust hole 25 toward the vicinity of the front ends of the electrode tips 11a and 11b.
