hese door and window frames are made of a cast material such as polyurethane. They have a simplified form so that they are produced in moulds constructed from aluminim bars.A principal bar has a special cross section.This bar is pierced at relevant points so that the assembly of the aluminium mould using cables and nuts is possible. The connection of the double elastic bar with the principal aluminium bar is also effected as illustrated in the drawings.the objective of the invention is the production of parts of door and window frame just by casting some material into moulds without the use of specialised equipment sush as saws, plane, cutting disks, etc., without employing specialised technicians and with the ability to provide them on-site.The ability to produced non-standardised door and window frames is offered for the use of the invention to a large scale of applications. |
