PURPOSE: A chute of an apparatus for sending and receiving fuel and raw material of blast furnace is provided, which is equipped with a skirt whose installation state is varied depending on operation conditions that fuel and raw materials are sent or received by the sending and receiving apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The chute(5) of apparatus for sending and receiving fuel and raw material of blast furnace comprises a skirt part comprising a supporting plate(4) connected to the lower part of swing bars(16) rotationally provided to both sides of the chute(5) corresponding to both edges of a belt, and a skirt(2) connected to the lower part of the supporting plate; upper and lower rollers(23a,23b) which are respectively installed by traversing upper and lower surfaces of a lower belt positioned at the lower side from the center of pulley (P) of the belt; a frame part comprising upper and lower frames(22b) for rotationally supporting both ends of the upper and lower rollers respectively, and a rectangular shaped outer wall frame(21) to which the upper and lower frames(22a,22b) are connected; first and second elastic members which are respectively connected to upper and lower traversing members of the outer wall frame to elastically support the first upper frame and first lower frame so that the upper and lower rollers are not pressed in the state that they are faced to each other; a pair of vertical frames(31) comprising rope pulleys(18) rotationally installed and erectly installed perpendicularly to both edges of the belt to limit a certain moving distance in which the upper and lower rollers(23a,23b) for pressing the lower belt by the first and second elastic members are moved by driving of the lower belt; and a connection means for connecting the supporting plate(4) via the rope pulleys of the vertical frames from one end of the outer wall frame, wherein the skirt(2) is moved in the same direction as a moving direction of the belt.
