HEATING TREATMENT APPARATUS OF AGGREGATE FOR MANUFACTURE OF ASCON

PURPOSE: A heating treatment apparatus of an aggregate for the manufacture of ASCON is provided to minimize the loss of heat energy by circulating a heated air in a loop shape and reduce fuel used to a large extent. CONSTITUTION: In order to manufacture ASCON, an aggregate has to be heated and then mixed with asphalt and various filling materials in a mixer(170). The apparatus heats the aggregate, feeds and stores the heated aggregate in large volume and prevents a heat loss by circulating the heated air. The apparatus blows the heated air into first and second driers(120,125) via an electric hot-blast device(190) heating air using electricity and heats the aggregate filled inside.
