PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an electric current equivalent to that before a break by means of first and second coils in the case of a break in one of first and second conductors by individually arranging the coils in the first and second conductors even if a conductor pitch between the first and second conductors constituting a composite conductor is narrow. SOLUTION: The first and the second conductors 1A and 1B are short- circuited with each other by means of first and second mounting boards 3a and 3b. The first and second coils 2a and 2b are mounted on the first and second mounting boards 3a and 3b and arranged to be shifted mutually in the longitudinal direction of the first and second conductors 1A and 1B.
