PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the injection defect of a liquid crystal. SOLUTION: When the liquid crystal is injected into a panel P1 in a manufacturing stage, the panel P1 in the state that the liquid crystal is applied on a liquid crystal injection port 13 is gradually inserted into the inside of an oven 30 in the direction of an arrow E. At this time, the liquid crystal is injected into the inside of the panel (i.e., the gap between substrates) in the direction reverse to the arrow E and the injection speed is kept slow, since an injection head part exists at the outside of the oven at low temperature and has high viscosity. Thereby, the injection speed can be made uniform and slow in the entire panel and the injection defect can be prevented.
