PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a sash with a dry fitting method using the only bolt screwing without doing welding and the mortar placing work in a construction field. SOLUTION: This method of fitting a sash 1, which is provided with several height adjusting mechanisms 5 in a lower lateral frame material 3 thereof and provided with a fixed part 21 in an upper lateral frame material 2 thereof, to an opening part 8 of a building is formed of a first process for providing a fixing hole part 61 of the height adjusting mechanism 5 in a lower equipment body 6 of the opening part 8, a second process for temporarily assembling the sash 1 in an upper equipment body 7 of the opening part 8 and for housing the height adjusting mechanism 5 in the fixing hole part 61, a third process for adjusting the upper and lower height position of the sash 1 with the height adjusting mechanism 5, a fourth process for fixing the upper lateral frame material 2 to the upper equipment body 7, a fifth process for strongly fastening the sash 1 with the height adjusting mechanism 5, and a sixth process for watering between the lower lateral frame material 3 and the lower skeleton 6.
