PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the construction responsibility of piping. SOLUTION: This quality control system is provided with a technical authorization sticker given to a construction worker technically authorized in regard to the execution of construction work, and a database 13 storing information on the technically authorized construction workers, construction contents and inspection results. The information on the construction worker, a construction site and construction contents is stated on the technical authorization sticker 2 which is displayed at a construction site.
