PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting hardware for a reinforcement and a separator, compactly manufacturable at low cost while securing sufficient connecting strength. SOLUTION: This connecting hardware is provided with a connecting hardware body 11 of approximately U-shape having a pair of arm parts 14, 15 and a holding part 16 for connecting both arm parts 14, 15, and detachably fittable to the outer periphery of a reinforcement 1 through a rugged part 18 formed on the inner surface of the holding part 16 and fitted to the ruggedness of the reinforcement 1; a threaded hole 22 integrally provided at the connecting hardware body 11 to allow a separator 2 to be screwed with; and a bolt member 13 for drawing both arm members 14, 15 in the mutually approaching direction to reduce the diameter of the holding part 16 and to allow the holding part 16 to clamp the reinforcement 1.
