PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving handrail frame for a prefabricated scaffolding allowing the handrail frame to freely move in a vertical direction prior to prefabrication and dismantlement of the prefabricated scaffolding. SOLUTION: This moving handrail frame for the prefabricated scaffolding is installed as a handrail of the prefabricated scaffolding with a plurality of standards 1 installed at every prescribed space and in a plurality of stages. The moving handrail frame is composed of a plurality of guide rails 2, 2 installed along upright posts 1a of the standards 1, and handrail frame bodies 3 mounted between the guide rails 2, 2 so as to be vertically movable, to be fixable to the guide rails 2, 2 and to be releasable from the fixed state to the guide rails 2, 2.
