PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame device of an underground structure making it easy to keep horizontal a frame having a funnel-shaped part, by keeping the frame from being tipped toward the funnel-shaped part even if downward load is imposed on the underground structure. SOLUTION: The frame device of the underground structure includes the frame of the underground structure and a lid openably mounted on the frame, with the peripheral edge of the frame being formed into the funnel-shaped part provided with a horizontal baffle. When the horizontal baffle is installed as an outward flange, it has the effect of providing a receiving surface of a pedestal for preventing settlement.
