PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a turning performance by moving throttle lever to an idle up direction when hold of the throttle lever is loosened during cruise and operation of steering handle exceeds normal operation steering angle. SOLUTION: When the steering handle 12 exceeds normal operation steering anglesθ1, resistance is given on operation of the steering handle 12 by resistance giving members 40, 42, 44, 45 to make an operator recognize the normal operation steering anglesθ1 by operating feeling with increased operation resistance and a throttle cable 35 is moved to the idle up direction a little by idle up members 46, 49, 55.
