PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a liquefied nitrogen air conditioning and power generation system capable of air conditioning and power generation simultaneously at low cost in a simple constitution by utilizing the heat of vaporization and swelling energy when liquefied nitrogen returns to a gaseous state as an energy source. SOLUTION: The liquefied nitrogen supplied from a nitrogen bomb 2 is supplied to a heat exchanger 11 to be vaporized and cools fluid. The cooled fluid cools an object to be cooled 42. A turbine 17 is driven to rotate by the swelling energy generated when the liquefied nitrogen returns to a gaseous state by the heat exchanger 11 to rotate a generator 18 for generating electricity. The nitrogen gas is discharged in atmosphere after driving the turbine 17.
