PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety for a driver without uncomfortably dazzling the driver by providing the indirect lighting with nearly even surface light emission. SOLUTION: The indirect lighting with nearly even surface light emission is provided by a lens 6. As a result, the driver will not be dazzled uncomfortably by the light from the lens 6 of the room lamp and the light reflected from a mirror 18 in a vanity mirror part 16, and therefore, the safety of the driver will be improved. The quality and design of the light emitting surface are both improved. Since the lighting is indirect, heating of the lens 6 is less, so that the lighting is safe.
