PURPOSE: A device and method for mediating a processor for sharing resources is provided to share resources having a separated address bus and a data bus and resources having a mixed address bus and a data bus through a bus use mediation and an access control with respect to a plurality of processors which use different interfaces, respectively. CONSTITUTION: The first processor(201) accesses external resources using a bus having an address bus and a data bus. The second processor(202) accesses external resources using a bus having an address bus mixed with a data bus. The first resources(204) are connected to the first interface(205) having an address bus mixed with a data bus. The second resources(206) are connected to the second interface(207) having an address bus separated with a data bus. A bus mediation unit(203) mediates an access with respect to the first resources(204) and the second resources(206) in accordance with bus use right requesting signals of the first processor(201) and the second processor(202).
