PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for controlling an air matt, which effectively prevents the concentrated pressurization on a human body and the continuation of pressure at a specified part by controlling initial setting pressure and, then, shows an excellent bedsore preventing effect. SOLUTION: In the device for controlling the air mat 2, in which a plurality of connected air bag groups 2a and 2b consisting of a plurality of systems are alternately arranged, a compression air supply source 9 is provided via a rotary valve 5, and a pressure sensor 15 is arranged in an air pipe 9a which connects between the pressure air supply source 9 and the rotary valve 5. |
