PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of exhibiting each personal taste in holding a balance of water content, collapsed shape, taste, color, hardness, etc., together with the evaporation of components of a food in processing by cooking methods such as broiling, cooking, smoking, drying, etc., the food while adding a nutrient to the food by using a fuel such as a town gas, electric heating, charcoal, etc., when changes in tissues, bacterial growth and especially food culture changes occur caused by the pollution of air and foods accompanied by the change of living environments and utilization of chemical substances, and the tastes of cereals, vegetables, meats, etc., in their seasons are made as having light seasoned. SOLUTION: This smoking tool is provided by installing a inside frame in a space of an outside frame, a heat-supplementing layer around the inside frame and a smoking chamber at the inside of the inside frame. In the smoking chamber, an energy agent gas flow is generated and circulated in the chamber. A supplemental heat source is from a heat-giving chamber and humidity of the smoking chamber is controlled by the heat-supplementing layer. For fluid state objects, a bottom-attached smoking chamber is provided, and valves are installed at a valve-installed agitating tool and an air-exchanging tool. By using a pump, actions such as the combustion of the energy agent, supplementing air to the supplemental heat source, exchange of the temperature difference in the smoking chamber, and further, housing the nutrients in a vessel for adding them to the objects, etc., are obtained.
