PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of a seedling tray during seedling supply in a seedling transplanter in which seedlings are taken out from cells of a seedling tray and planted in a field. SOLUTION: In this seedling transplanter 1 in which a seedling planting part for taking out seedlings from a seedling tray transported by a seedling tray conveying unit and planting the seedlings in a field is arranged at the rear part of a machine body and an operation handle is laid at the rear part of the machine body at the rear of the seedling planting part, an auxiliary seedling tray mounting part 90 is arranged at the front part of the seedling planting part and a control member 100 which is engaged with a recessed part between cells of the seedling tray and controls the movement of the seedling tray in the front and rear directions is installed at the rear end part of the auxiliary seedling tray mounting part or at the central part of the front and the rear. The auxiliary seedling tray mounting part is arranged at the side of the seedling planting part and the auxiliary seedling tray mounting part can be turned inwardly with its inner end part as a rotation fulcrum.
