PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a falling or colliding accident by stopping a machine when a force more than a prescribed level is further applied in a direction to become a large cutting angle in the case of inclining a front wheel in the state of a maximum operating angle in which possibility to fall is highest. SOLUTION: A stopper member 5 for regulating front wheels 2 and 2 linked to the steering operation of a steering handle 3 at the position of maximum operating angle is composed of an elastic body, a detection means 6 is provided for detecting the steering of the front wheels 2 and 2 from this maximum operating angle to a larger cutting angle with the force more than a prescribed level, and a control means 8 is provided for stopping and/or braking a driving motor 7 on the basis of the detection of the detection means 6. |
