PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decrease of efficiency of a color matching work. SOLUTION: A seal sheet 15, a seal plate 16 and a pressing plate 17 are successively laid over the other on the upper surface of a round can 14. A double end stud bolt 13 is erected on a turn table 12 on which the round can 14 is placed, a pressure supporting plate 20 is fixed on the upper end of the double-end stud bolt 13 and the seal plate 16 is pressed on the upper surface of the round can 14 through the pressing plate 17 with a pressing handle 22 inserted through the pressure supporting plate 20. The confirmation of a coating color in the inside part of the round can 14 is carried out when the seal plate 16 is removed to detach the round can 14. A coating material inside the round can 14 is mixed and color-matched by rotating the round can 14 vertically with a rotary shaft 6C and horizontally with a rotary shaft 6C.
