PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate fitting structure of a rack by which the fixing position of a base plate 4 can easily be changed by simple structure and which is interchangeable even though a width between mount rails 2 is different. SOLUTION: A folded part 7 having a screw insertion hole 9 is formed in front/rear of an L-shaped rail 3. At the front and rear end parts of the base plate 4, a nearly U-shaped part 8 is also fold-formed so as to cover the folded part 7 formed at the L-shaped rail 3. A long hole 10 is formed at a position facing the screw insertion hole 9 of the U-shaped part 8. A fixing screw 12 is inserted into the long hole 10 and the screw insertion hole 9 to fasten them to load and fix the base plate 4 on the L-shaped rail 3. By loosening the fixing screw 12, the fixing position of the base plate 4 can be changed in the range of the long hole 10.
