PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation tool enabling improving efficiency of work of harvesting mushroom from a mushroom cultivation tool and saving labor thereof more than a conventional tool and rapidly improving the productivity of the mushroom cultivation. SOLUTION: The holder 20 for growing mushroom attached to the bottle port 13 of a mushroom cultivation bottle 10 has a short cylindrical ring member 21 as a holder body, a plurality of projections 22 provided on the internal circumferential wall of the ring member and a pair of flange-shaped projecting parts 23 and 24 projectedly disposed from the external circumferential wall of both the ends of the ring member. When cultivating mushroom, the holder 20 is kept on a projecting position by engaging each of the projections 22 with the top rim of the bottle port 13. When harvesting mushroom, the holder 20 is pressed down by engaging a pair of working bars 43 with the lower flange- shaped projecting part 24 so that the projection 22 climbs over the bottle port 13, and is downwardly moved to a backward position. The upstanding stem of mushroom equivalent to a projecting quantity h is exposed.
