PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform the diffusion discharge and the accumulating discharge of straw to a swath after cutting the straw with a stalk cutter of a combine. SOLUTION: A number of disk blades 1 are arranged in a direction of a cutter shaft 2 and the threshed waste stalk is received by a diffusion rotor 4 placed under the discharged stalk cutter 3 and guided to the stalk base and ear side in diffused state by the rotation of the blades. The rotation of the diffusion rotor 4 is made to be switchable to a reverse rotation at a low speed to enable the accumulation of the cut stalk to the center part.
