PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for expressing a foreign gene, capable of expressing the foreign gene stronger than conventional methods, and to provide a recombinant vector therefor. SOLUTION: This method for expressing the foreign gene comprises expressing the foreign gene in a cell by inserting the foreign gene into a downstream region of a promoter, wherein the foreign gene is expressed by inserting nucleic acid fragments having specified base sequences into an upstream region of the foreign gene. |
