PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe enabling always accurate measurement, and a fluorescent diagnostic system having this probe. SOLUTION: This probe P has a large number of exciting light irradiating first optical fibers F1, and second optical fibers F2 for introducing the detecting light from a subject. Both optical fibers F1 and F2 are bundled as one composite bundle on the tip side, and are individually bundled as first and second branch bundles on the base end side. The composite bundle is covered with a tube T, and a hood H is fixed to the tip. The hood H becomes an expanding shape of expanding in a megaphone shape when exceeding 35 deg.C, and narrows so as to be housed in a cylinder having the same diameter as an outer diameter of the tube T when less than 30 deg.C. A fluorescent diagnosis is performed in a state of putting the hood in the expanding shape.
