PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic curing apparatus whose transmitting and receiving part can be inserted into a diseased part in a deep part of a body. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic wave is transmitted by a transmitting means 8 with glassy fibers 12 covered with a protective film 13 comprising a carbon and a metal between distal end part 24 positioned outside of the body and an apex part 24 being inserted into the body or being brought into contact with the body.
