PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping section for a combine harvester for stably and firmly supporting a 2nd cutting blade. SOLUTION: In the combine harvester comprising a traveling gear 2 under a machine body frame 1, a threshing device 3 on the upper portion of one side 4 of the machine body frame 1, a grain tank 5 on the upper portion of the other side, a steering section 7 in front of the grain tank 5, the reaping section 8 in front of the steering section 7, and a conveyance elevator 13 located sideways of the steering section 7 and joining the reaping section 8 and the threshing device 3 each other, the reaping section 8 includes a raking-in reel 15 for raking in stalks on a farming field and free to regulate its location and a 1st cutting blade 20 for cutting ear tips, and the rear portion of the reaping section 8 is provided with a 2nd cutting blade 25 for reaping low the remaining stalk after reaped with the 1st cutting blade 20, the 2nd cutting blade 25 being supported via parallel links and made movable vertically by the aid of a cylinder 30 therefor; wherein the parallel links are provided on both left and right sides of the conveyance elevator 13, respectively.
