<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize color lightness of pale colors and surely obtain a desired coating pattern with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A jetting outlet 24 is formed between an outside shaping air ring 20 which is installed in the rear side of a rotary atomization head 18 and forms a diffuser shape part 28 and an inside shaping air ring 22. The jetting outlet 24 has an inclined cylindrical space part 38 for jetting shaping air to the outer circumferential face 26 in the tip end side of the rotary atomization head 18 along the air jetting side inclined face 33 of the outside shaping air ring 20 and the shortest distance S1 and the shortest distance S2 is set in a range of 1:(1.1 to 1.6) as the shortest distance S1: the shortest distance S2. The product of the diameter D and the rotation speed N of the rotary atomization head 18 is set in a range of 1,500,000 to 2,500,000 and the weight of the shaping air is set in a range of 450-700 (Nl/min).</p> |
