PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safely usable ultrasonic cleaning device, without causing excessive temperature rise. SOLUTION: A cleaning object is pressed to a vibration horn 34 of a ultrasonic wave generating device 31 and ultrasonic cleaning is performed. A temperature detection means 80 monitors and controls a temperature of the ultrasonic wave generating device 31. When the temperature detection means 80 detects that the temperature of the ultrasonic wave generating device 31 becomes a first set temperature or higher, a reporting means reports that and drive of the ultrasonic wave generating device 31 is stopped. When the temperature of the ultrasonic wave generating device 31 is a second set temperature lower than the first set temperature, or higher, continuous operation time by a timer function is shortened compared to the case that it is below the second set temperature. When a temperature rising rate exceeds a set value while driving the ultrasonic wave generating device 31, input of the ultrasonic wave generating device 31 is reduced.
