PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining board suitable for a well-being use by covering at least the surface of the draining board touched by the feet of a man with a user-friendly wood member in use as a draining board, and constructing the other surface with a member meeting the purpose of use and having excellent durability, water resistance and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: A plate material 2 and frame material 1 having water resistance and corrosion resistance are suitably arrayed, combined and fixed to forma draining board A. At least in its working state of the draining board A, a surface layer 3 of the plate material 2 directly touched by the feet of a man is formed of wooden natural raw material 32 or cork raw material.
