PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce worries about the sole such as cornification, deformation of the bones of the foot of the user of a shoe by sticking a shoe gap adjusting tool to the shoe at a position matching the position of the arch of the foot according to the bones of the user of the shoe. SOLUTION: The shoe gap adjusting tool 1 is provided with a shoe gap adjusting pad 5 which has a shape nearly corresponding to a gap between the shoe 7 and the arch of the foot and is formed thick at its center part and thin on its tip side and rear end side, and a sticking part 11 for sticking the pad to the insole 9 of the shoe 7 is provided on the rear surface of this pad 5. Since the pad 5 is easily stuck to the insole 9 of the shoe 7 so as to be fitted to the position corresponding to the shape of the arch of the foot of the user, the load onto the sole is distributed to the whole of the sole.
