PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors which can be operated by a one-hand work while preventing the getting-away of an object to be cut such as a branch or a fruit stalk and can keep excellent cutting quality for a long term. SOLUTION: A circular rotary blade 4 supported so as to be rotatable is arranged in one of a pair of blades 2 and 3 and a fixed blade 5 corresponding to the rotary blade 4 is in the other blade. Thus the rotary blade is properly rotated whenever a cutting operation is performed so that excellent sharpness is kept for a long term. The object to be cut 11 does not escape by providing a hook 8 at the end of the fixed blade so that the object is surely cut.
