PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball put-out device capable of easily and securely damping a put-out body which rotates by dead weight of pachinko balls. SOLUTION: The ball put-out device comprises a ball passage 29 for the pachinko balls to flow down, the put-out body 30 facing the ball passage 29 and rotating by a load of pachinko balls flowing down the ball passage 29, and a controller body 32 for controlling rotation of the put-out body 30 by stopping or releasing the pachinko balls supported by the put-out body 30 by protruding/retracting to/from the ball passage 29. The controller body 32 enters into the ball passage 29, so that flowing down of the pachinko balls supported by the put-out body 30 is prevented and that the rotation of the put-out body 30 is stopped.
