PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film spreading machine improved in controllability of its machine body and therefore capable of stably spreading the mulch film. SOLUTION: This mulch film spreading machine 1 is equipped with the machine body 4 of which the front sides are supported on a pair of the right and left travel wheels 2 traveling by straddling a ridge U so as to be freely travelable, and therefore the machine lays the mulch film F on a surface of the soil while the machine body 4 travels. Further, the rear sides of the machine body are supported on a pair of the right and left auxiliary travel wheels 3 traveling by straddling the ridge U so as to be freely travelable. A handle 22 for controlling the traveling direction is equipped on a rear side of the machine body 4.
