PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide that reacts with the T-cells specific to cedar pollen allergy in dogs and is useful for therapy and prophylaxis of cedar pollen allergy in dogs and a vector that can express the DNA encoding the peptide in the body of a dog. SOLUTION: The peptide including the whole or a part of a specific amino acid sequence of 5-21 amino acids is obtained by linking two or more of dog's cedar pollen allergy antigen T-cell epitopes. The DNA vaccine includes the vector that can express the DNA encoding the peptide in the body of the dog.
