PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture effective for studying pharmacometrics and safety inspection of a medicine or a cosmetic, especially the action of a medicament on the blood vessel, and further to provide a method for preparing the cell culture. SOLUTION: This cell culture having a formed luminal-like structure is obtained by culturing an endothelial cell in a biopolymer matrix including a precursor fat cell. The method for preparing the cell culture having the formed luminal-like structure comprises culturing the endothelial cell in the biopolymer matrix including the precursor fat cell.
