PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film winding device capable of easily pulling a mulch film which is tightly wound up into a roll shape out of a winding shaft. SOLUTION: This mulch film winding device is equipped with a main shaft 27 rotationally driven by driving force, two or more winding shaft-composing members 28 arranged on a concentric circle around the main shaft 27, flange members 34, 36 for defining both edges of the wound-up film in areas near both ends of the main shaft 27, and bearings 26, 32 for supporting the both ends of the main shaft 27. The flange member 36 and the bearing 32 on one side thereof are freely attachable to and detachable from the main shaft 27. The winding shaft-composing members 28 are each connected to the main shaft 27 through parallel links 46, 46, so that a parallel link mechanism is structured thereby. When winding of the mulch film is completed, and bearing 32 and the flange member 36 are detached, then the links 46, 46 are fallen by making each of the winding shaft-composing members 28 slid along the main shaft 27 in the direction to the end, and further radii of the winding shaft-composing members 28 are each made shorter, so that the mulch film roll is pulled out.
