MULTISTORY FLOWERBED IN TIERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory flowerbed in tiers constructed so that: an excellent environmental space which is bright by taking-in outer light (natural light or the like) can be formed below the flowerbed; maintenance such as pruning of plants and exchange of plant for each season can be performed easily and safely; and the flowerbed enables a large scale planting design by using wide areas outside and inside a building and makes the building coexist with the nature. SOLUTION: The multistory flowerbed A in tiers is constructed as follows: a group of planting boxes are placed in tiers on a supporting frame 2 which has a space S therebelow; a plurality of groups of planting boxes 3 are arranged in the horizontal direction with a space between groups; a stair 5 for maintenance whose treads 6 are made of a transparent material is placed in the space between the rows 4 of the groups of planting boxes; and between treads 6, an opening 7 is formed so that light and air can be passed into the planting boxes 3 and the space S below the stair 5.
