PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vermin damage preventing tool simply and securely installable on nursery stocks planted on snowy area, securely withstanding to external force for a growth period (a period of 4-5 years) from the nursery stock to a young tree, sufficiently preventing vermin damages and naturally degrading by microorganisms in the soil after use. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with a body comprising a biodegradable nonwoven fabric and reinforcing rods attached to joint part on both ends of the body, and the body has a size enough to surround the whole of the nursery stock and the tool has sunk pieces approximately rectangular to the bottom part and a part of the burying piece may be provided with a hole to insert a peg.
