PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical image diagnostic equipment capable of preventing a user from being restricted to the recording work of raw data to a recording medium for a long time and enabling the user to acquire only the data of a necessary part, and a medical image diagnostic system. SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic equipment is constituted so that a subject is scanned by exposing the subject with X-rays from many directions to collect low data and an image is reconstituted on the basis of the low data. A range designation means performs the designation of a delivery range necessary among all of the collected low data. An extraction means delivers the low data of the delivery range designated by the range designation means from all of the collected low data to extract the same. A preservation means performs the writing processing of the low data after extracted and delivered by the extraction means with respect to the recording medium.
