PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out an antioncogene having relations to an antioncogene TSLC1 in its structure and functions, and further to provide a new means for preventing and treating cancers. SOLUTION: The base sequence of the antioncogene (TSLL2 gene) having a homology to the antioncogene TSLC1 but existing on the 19th chromosome differently from TSLC1, and the amino acid sequence was determined. Further, a protein, a vector, a transformant and an antibody related to the gene are provided, and thereby, the purposes are achieved. |
