PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for contaminants wherein by inhibiting an increase in the screen opening between a crushing means and a disk screen, the transfer of the trapped contaminants from the screen side to the crushing means side can be smoothly performed to accomplish the crushing of the contaminants without fail. SOLUTION: The crusher for contaminants comprises a disk screen S constituted by arranging a plurality of cylindrical disk units 1A and 1B each composed of many disks 1 fixed on a rotary shaft 3 at specified intervals in a manner that the disks 1 of the adjoining cylindrical disk units 1A and 1B are superposed and a contaminant crushing means C that crushes contaminants prevented from entering by the disk screen S. The thickness T of a disk 1 of the cylindrical disk unit 1A adjoining to the crushing means C is thicker than that of a disk 1 of the other cylindrical disk unit 1B.
