PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store washing water without preparing a special water tank by assembling a water electrolyzer forming alkaline water and acidic water to a full-automatic washing machine and utilizing the structure of the washing machine. SOLUTION: The washing machine 1 has the washing water forming means 30 for forming the alkaline water and the acidic water by electrolyzing water. A washing and drying tub 13 as a spin drying drum arranged within a basket 11 has no holes for spin drying on its peripheral wall except the top end parts. Either of the alkaline water and the acidic water is poured into the washing tub 13 and the other is poured between the basket 11 and the washing tub 13, and the washing tub 13 by water-supply means 50.
