PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve constant smooth operation of a ball putting-out device by preventing pachinko balls from becoming crosslinked in a putting-out passage, which causes ball clogging, and by resolving detecting errors of put-out balls by facilitating ball detection by a ball sensor. SOLUTION: A sprocket 3 is provided on one side of the putting-out passage 1, which is driven and rotated by pachinko balls p flowing down. An actuated body 6 is provided on the of the side of the putting-out passage in a lower position from a rotation shaft 5 of the sprocket, so that it protrudes/retracts in the putting-out passage by operation of an actuator 10. When the actuated body protrudes in the putting-out passage, the pachinko all stands still between a tip part 8 of the actuate body and a tooth bottom face 3a of the sprocket.
