PURPOSE: A single-use patch agent for oral use is provided which consists of a film and a tooth whitening layer coated on a supporter. It is easy to use and inexpensive, and has excellent whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A tooth whitening agent is coated on a film(12), which is made of a polymer, natural and synthetic woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, foil, paper, rubber and a combination thereof, in order to form a whitening layer(11). A supporter(14) is formed on the film to prevent the whitening agent from being released to the outside when attached to teeth.
