PURPOSE: Provided are a flavoring agent to remove a fishy smell and a manufacturing method thereof by using pine needles, green tea, ginseng, licorice roots, Gardenia seeds, slat, seasonings, etc. The flavoring agent has removal effect of fat and a fishy smell from fishes, and includes pharmaceutical potencies of the above ingredients. CONSTITUTION: Removal of a fishy smell from a fish is characterized by the steps of: infusing pine needles 75%, green tea leaves 17%, ginseng 5% and licorice root 3%; cooling the infusion then seasoning it with salt and seasonings; dewatering a fish then soaking it in the infusion for 6-8 hours at room temperature; taking it out then hanging it upside down for 1 hour. |
