PURPOSE: A structure of a headlamp for protecting pedestrians is provided to relieve collision energy, to separate a headlamp-mounting unit and a mounting flange in a definite collision speed, to cope with regulations for pedestrians' collision protection, and to increase the value of a bumper. CONSTITUTION: A pedestrian protecting headlamp structure is composed of a dust cap installed at the rear thereof to prevent various kinds of dust of an engine room from flowing into the headlamp, a bulb(120) equipped in front of the dust cap to generate beam, a reflector reflecting the beam of the bulb, a headlamp mounting unit(20) installing the headlamp, a mounting flange unit(10) formed a combing structure with the headlamp mounting unit to bolt the headlamp on a panel of a vehicle body, a squared hole(13) formed on a curved unit(12) of the mounting flange unit with a bent-up unit(11) of a predetermined angle, and a hanging unit(21) formed on one side of the headlamp mounting unit to combine with the hole.
