PRIMERS USED IN NESTED RT-PCR FOR DIAGNOSIS OF VARIOUS CANCERS INCLUDING STOMACH CANCER AND LIVER CANCER, GASTRITIS, HEPATOCIRRHOSIS AND HEPATITIS AT THE SAME TIME

PURPOSE: Primers used in nested RT-PCR for diagnosis of various cancers including stomach cancer and liver cancer, gastritis, hepatocirrhosis and hepatitis at the same time are provided, thereby rapidly diagnosing various diseases. CONSTITUTION: The primers for detecting 16s rRNA, vacA(vacuoloating cytotoxin A) and cagA(cytotoxin-associated gene A) of Helicobacter pylori, cea and afp genes as makers of cancers, and 5'-UTR(untranslated region) of HCV under the same condition of nested RT-PCR(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 28, wherein the RT-PCR condition is characterized by the annealing at 50 to 53 deg. C. A diagnostic kit contains the primers.
