<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-sensitive flow rate sensor that can improve the processability without sacrificing the measuring accuracy of a current meter. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive flow rate sensor is constituted in such a way that a heat-sensitive resistor 2 and temperature compensating resistors 3, which are erected in the flow passage of a fluid with a prescribed arranging angle in between are molded integrally with a supporting member 1 and a prescribed interval is provided between the heat-sensitive resistor 2 supporting section and temperature compensating resistor 3 supporting section of the supporting member 1, and then, prescribed parts of terminals 5 buried in the member 1 except outer peripheral frame sections are exposed in the flow passage.</p> |
